The Freshii franchise has always been good. However, ordered the tortilla soup here and it was given to me COLD. I politely asked them if they can heat it up, 5-10 minutes later I got luke warm soup. When I said something again they just shrugged their shoulders....no sorry, no oh let me heat it up for you again, just a shrug. Wow how to ruin the Freshii name.
